The Reiki One course is £160 and covered over 4 sessions on Friday 2nd December to Sunday 4th December. We will run the weekend as follows:
Friday 7-9 (9:30 at the latest) session 1
Saturday 10-4 (4:30 at the latest) sessions 2&3
Sunday 10-2 (2:30 at the latest) session 4
The course content includes 4 initiations, lots of practice, and Q&A time and you come away with a certificate at the end. You will learn how to self-treat and treat loved ones along with learning about Reiki itself.
